Age: Children ages 4+
Experience: No prior clay or pottery experience required
All materials and tools: Provided
Parent & Child Participation
Ages 5–9: Must attend with a parent or guardian.
Age 4: May participate with the assistance of a parent or guardian.
Ages 10+: May attend independently.
This workshop is designed to be a relaxed and enjoyable family pottery experience, making it perfect for parents and children who want to create something special together.
What Kids Will Learn
Children will be introduced to:
Pinch-pot handbuilding
Clay sculpting and shaping
Creating textures and decorative details
Building a functional ceramic lantern
Basic techniques for working with clay
What Happens After the Workshop?
Your finished Jack-o’-Lantern will be professionally kiln-fired after the workshop. Artwork will be ready for pickup approximately 4 weeks after the class.
You will be notified when your finished ceramic piece is ready for collection.
