This multi-week Gouache Painting Course explores how to create expressive, story-driven scenes inspired by the visual style of Studio Ghibli. Through guided sessions, participants will learn how to use gouache to paint a variety of scenes, from interiors and characters to nature elements, focusing on color, lighting, and atmosphere.

Participants will develop skills in composition, color mixing, and brush techniques while working from reference images and stylized inspirations. By the end of the course, each participant will complete a series of Ghibli-style paintings that capture mood, detail, and narrative.

All materials are provided, including gouache paints, brushes, palettes, and painting paper. You can take home the gouache paints and watercolour pad.
